10/24: I want to post an alert — the reseller, MyCommerce, never provided a link to the download!
I purchased this on 10/22. I received an email from SoftOrbits with my license name and code, but no link to the download. I then looked up my order on MyCommerce’s website, and there was no download link there either!
I then contacted MyCommerce through their Customer Order Department link, and later emailed both SoftOrbits and MyCommerce about having no link. SoftOrbits was kind enough to respond with the link, but I have never heard back from MyCommerce. (I just check before posting this, and there is still no link 2 days later.)
I will be very reluctant to purchase anything through this reseller — MyCommerce — again.
